1. Order Processing Time
All our products are made to order.
- Standard processing time: 2–5 business days
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is fulfilled.
During peak seasons (holidays or sales), fulfillment times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number and link.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
4. Shipping Origins
Our products are fulfilled by trusted print-on-demand partners with facilities across the U.S. ensuring faster delivery based on the customer’s location.
5. Customs, Duties, & Taxes
For U.S. orders — all prices include applicable taxes.
For international shipments — customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties applied by their country’s regulations.
6. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders lost or returned due to incorrect addresses. If this happens, we’ll happily reship the order once additional shipping costs are covered.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost:
- First check your tracking link for updates.
- If no movement is seen within 15 business days, contact us at connect@soulseeds.world. We’ll help investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement.
8. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they might ship separately from different locations. You’ll receive tracking details for each package.
9. Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or with printing errors, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue at connect@soulseeds.world — we’ll make it right.
