1. Eligibility for Returns
Because our products are made-to-order, we accept returns or replacements only for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect product or size received
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To request a return or replacement, email connect@soulseeds.world within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind
- Sale or discounted items
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved, we’ll process a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
5. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email connect@soulseeds.world with your order details.
6. Shipping Returns
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the product back. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
